That Define Clarity

DigiTech
Digital Profile optimizes lens progression by refining the corridor configuration and enhancing the near vision zone. This advanced design delivers sharper, more comfortable vision and supports a relaxed posture during digital device use. Wearers can enjoy longer screen time with reduced eye strain—without awkward head tilts or forced eye movements.

OptiTech
OptiTech reduces optical aberrations by correcting the difference between the theoretical prescription and the actual power experienced when the lenses are worn. It uses five personalized fitting parameters to precisely tailor each lens to the wearer’s real position of wear, ensuring full adaptation to their unique visual needs.

ClearTech (Patented)
ClearTech is a patented technology that reduces lens aberrations by up to 20% compared to standard progressive lenses.
It takes into account the frame shape and pupil position to precisely align the lens design with the wearer’s eye—resulting in maximum visual acuity and comfort.

ThinTech (Patented)
ThinTech is an advanced, patented technology designed to minimize lens thickness without compromising optical performance. It uses precise frame shape data to balance astigmatism on both sides of the corridor, enabling varied curves during the cutting process and overcoming the limitations of traditional digital surfacing.

BalanceTech
BalanceTech balances astigmatism on both sides of the lens corridor, making the perceived blurriness in each eye as similar and minimal as possible. This enhances binocular vision and provides the wearer with wider visual fields—especially in the intermediate and near zones.

ErgoTech
ErgoTech enhances wearer comfort by precisely calculating the ideal corridor length and inset to meet convergence and ergonomic needs. It factors in the patient’s prescription, position of wear, and vertical rotation angle to ensure optimal alignment of the progressive lens with natural eye movements.

Variable Inset
The inset refers to the off-centring that occurs in the near zone of a progressive lens, caused by the natural convergence of the eyes when focusing on nearby objects.
The variable inset ranges from 0 to 4 mm by default, unless specifically customized for the wearer. This enhances binocular vision—particularly at near distances—and expands the clear visual field.

Variable Corridor
Riverside offers a corridor range of 12 to 18 mm, with a minimum fitting height between 14 and 20 mm. If no progression length is specified, Riverside will calculate it based on the provided segment height.
If ErgoTech technology is activated and no corridor is provided, the ergonomic (the optimum) corridor will be applied.
